Driver Of The Month: October
We are pleased to announce that our winner of our Driver of the Month for October is Mihai, who brilliantly completed 50 jobs with Engineius last month with exceptional delivery rates.

We got in touch with Mihai to find out more about himself and his drive to succeed with Engineius.
What do you love most about the job?
The job gives me freedom and the ability to work whenever I want to!
How do you ensure you deliver vehicles on time?
Good planning in advance is the key to this job.
What has been your best experience with Engineius so far?
Seeing parts of Wales, which really reminds me of home, and I love that!
How many miles do you do on average a week?
I roughly drive around 1000 miles and more, week to week. I’m a busy man, to say the least.
What do you think are the secrets behind getting to where you’ve got to?
You need to be hardworking as a driver for Engineius. You also need to ensure you have good planning skills - and sometimes be lucky with public transport.
What drives you to succeed in this job?
I aim to have a good life style. Therefore, I consider myself self-driven and motivated to do a good job with Engineius.
Do you reconcile your jobs and expenses on a regular basis?
I keep on top of this on a day to day basis, and I keep records just in case of a problem.
What are you most excited for this year?
This has been a tough year for everyone and any news that there is light at the end of the tunnel will brighten everyone’s day!
What makes Engineius a special place to work?
The people at Engineius are great and the system is also brilliant.
What is the best advice you can give other drivers?
Keep on top of the system to grab the good jobs, and plan to make sure your day is cost-effective. Public transport savings are a must to keep your costs down.
