What do you love most about the job?
Having the opportunity to drive different vehicles, visit various places and meet people.
I love the flexibility and the support I get from fellow employees.
How do you ensure you deliver vehicles on time?
Making sure I plan my journey ahead of time to ensure that I am punctual.
What has been your best experience with Engineius so far?
The support I've received, along with the recognition of performing my job effectively and feeling valued.
How many miles do you do on average a week?
Around 800-1000 miles.
What do you think are the secrets behind getting to where you’ve got to?
Taking ownership of my responsibilities, going that extra mile, and learning from mistakes.
What drives you to succeed in this job?
Getting the job done on time with minimal errors and prioritising customer satisfaction is crucial to me as I am representing Engineius. When I receive praise from my Network Planner, it motivates me even more to do my best. 🤩
Do you reconcile your jobs and expenses on a regular basis
Yes, I like to do this on a daily and weekly basis making sure there are no discrepancies.
What are you most excited about this year?
I like to challenge myself to be the best and to achieve more than I have previously. This job has given me the push and belief that I can achieve bigger and better.
What makes Engineius a special place to work?
The support and recognition, excellent communication, always willing to help no matter the problem and giving the flexibility of managing my own time 👍
What is the best advice you can give other drivers?
Always plan ahead and be prepared for obstacles that may be out of your hand.
Make sure you communicate, as there is always someone that will help and reconcile any situation.
Use all apps available to you for travel.
Dress your best as it makes a good first impression when you meet the customers.
