What do you love most about the job?
Taking the routes less travelled between jobs.
If the connecting public transport is about a 30-40 minute walk, I will take the public footpaths and take in the greenery and get some steps in! 🍃
How do you ensure you deliver vehicles on time?
Planning - using the tools available to think of worst and best case scenarios.
What has been your best experience with Engineius so far?
Working with the ops team, they are a delight! 😊
They really are helpful and supportive and make my role at Engineius so much smoother.
What do you think are the secrets behind getting to where you’ve got to?
Taking it easy and being understanding that queues happen - heavy traffic is out of your control and you will get the job done safely.
What drives you to succeed in this job?
I would say delivering on promises.
Do you reconcile your jobs and expenses on a regular basis?
Always; during and straight after the job - it’s all about being on the ball 🔍
What makes Engineius a special place to work?
For me personally, I’d say the great ops teams who remain understanding and who I can easily work with.
What is the best advice you can give other drivers?
Download the Komoot app and take a walk on the public paths between the jobs, take in the sights.
Also, have a few good podcasts downloaded for the journeys.
