Employee of the Month: Saajan Sohal 🎉

We caught up with Saajan earlier this week 👇

What do you do for Engineius?

I complete various tasks for the business at the moment. I’m currently handling a few of our key accounts. My main priorities are to answer phone queries from drivers and customers and call drivers while they're en route to their destinations to ensure their movements are going smoothly.

What motivates you to do well in your role?

Progression! It’s always great to know that there are opportunities to progress in a business and that’s definitely available to me at Engineius. It allows me to strive to be the best I can be 📈

What Spotify playlist do you listen to in the car the most?

I don’t tend to listen to a single playlist but if we’re going for an artist in particular… it has to be Rudimental. Though when I’m at the gym it can vary a lot!

What do you like most about working for Engineius?

I just love being at the company. Staff are so helpful and it’s always a great atmosphere in our new office. I’m also very interested in the automotive industry and the world of fleet – it’s quite new for me but I really enjoy having chats with very different organisations 🚗

What’s your favourite way to unwind after a busy day?

I love to unwind in the gym. I tend to finish a busy day at Engineius with some food then I go straight to the gym and I’ll be there for 2+ hours usually! 💪

What’s the most interesting thing you’ve read or seen this week?

Funnily enough the last thing I read was our latest Fleets News Awards blog – so I'd say that!

Describe one thing you've learnt in your role?

Our customers’ needs vary a lot – so I’ve learnt to adapt to certain situations very quickly.

What’s the most useless talent you have?

Hmm… I'd have say that I'm quite good at FIFA! If anyone’s up for a game… ⚽
