Meet Karolina Kotkowska, our Onboarding & Development Advisor!
Karolina is part of the Onboarding team and is responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of our new suppliers, so it was important for her to experience a movement first-hand.

Tell us more about what you do at Engineius?
My current role at Engineius is ‘Onboarding & Development Advisor’. It is my responsibility to induct & provide the correct training to our new drivers.
How did you find the trip overall?
I must say the journey was exciting. I had to travel to Reading to drop off a vehicle and the scenery on the way there was breath-taking.
Also, it was a good experience to see what our drivers experience when they are doing moves all around the UK 😊
What did you enjoy most/what was the best part about your trip?
I personally think the best part about the whole trip was seeing the satisfaction on the customers face when we arrived with their new vehicle.
I enjoyed taking pictures of the vehicle at the pick-up & drop-off because the Engineius App made everything so easy to do in order to complete the full vehicle appraisal.
Is there a location in the UK that you would like to travel through on your next job?
I would definitely want to travel along the North Coast 500 route in Scotland. The views are absolutely amazing & I’ve always preferred the countryside over big cities.

I have joined Engineius around 2 months ago and it’s so refreshing to see how a company is so invested in their staff and driver’s progression and well-being 💟
What is your dream car?
My dream car is definitely a Volkswagen GOLF GTI 290 (MANHART).
An interesting fact about yourself?
I was born & raised in Poland and came to the UK around 13 years ago. Also, I have 3 younger siblings so if you ask me to sing any nursery rhymes.. you’ve come to the right person! 😉
What did you before Engineius?
Before starting with Engineius I was a ‘Recruitment & Training Coordinator’. My role mainly evolved around the Education Sector and upskilling individuals, both employed and unemployed.
