Supporting staff with our Employee Assistance Programme
As you may know, it was World Mental Health Day on Sunday 10th October.
At Engineius, we genuinely care about mental health, and therefore we wanted to take the opportunity to let you know of our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) we have available for all our internal staff. With this programme, our employees can get access to helpful advice and support in a timely manner, so they can get on with living life to its fullest!
There is a range of support available, including up to 10 free counselling sessions per issue, mental health and well-being guides and access to risk health and wellbeing assessments.
We'll soon be offering mental health training for our colleagues to assist each other and our drivers when they are in need.
Here are some of the features available:
✔️ Life changes: Whether our staff need support dealing with relationship issues, work stresses, parenting, health or more, the EAP is available 24/7, 365 days a year.
✔️ Legal advice: If any team member finds a situation where they are in need of legal advice, the EAP enables them to book a free consultation with a legal advisor for expert advice.
✔️ Financial: Access practical money management tips as well as being able to speak to an expert to provide support with financial issues or concerns.
✔️ Resources: The EAP can help to connect our staff to useful agencies and resources in local areas to help with a variety of issues.
