Manheim Booking System

When collecting or delivering into a Manheim site, we ask that you please book a slot online with a minimum of 24 hours notice.

This is now a compulsory requirement for all entries and exits for Manheim sites, and will be added to the job checklist. 
 
We have noticed a few comments regarding this new process, and all feedback is being reviewed and communicated to Novuna and Manheim. Thank you for sharing your constructive opinions. 

Please continue to follow the standard release process:

  • At the moment up to 14 days – however we can be flexible on this in future.

  • The slot will still be for that delivery (or collection by trade plater) and an email confirmation is sent when booking so use this as proof if required.

  • It’s understandable this will happen so please contact the Wyton team on 01480 597 227 and let them know. They will try and accommodate as quickly as possible on arrival.

  • Hopefully this wont be an issue for transporters as collections no longer need to be booked by the portal.

  • The slot is booked for the driver not the specific vehicles, you do not have to add reg’s when booking.

  • We will accommodate as best we can, however those will a slot will be prioritised.

Things to note:

  • Collection requests by transporters are no longer required.

  • For drop-offs you will still be allowed on-site, but there could be a delay in getting processed if you do not book a slot.

  • All drivers please select the "Trade Plater" option as that is merely an industry term (unless the move is specified as a plated move on the Engineius app you will not need plates when coming out of the site)
