Onto Checklist Requirements

Hi all,

In recent weeks, we have collaborated with Onto to create three priority decision trees that will assist in completing movements.

These are:

  • Cleanliness 

  • Delayed collection

  • Charge delay  

Onto has taken action to ensure that its processes and checklist requirements are being met according to the agreed-upon standards.

As you may know, Onto is an important customer for Engineius, relying on us to deliver their vehicles on time and in impeccable condition. If you are involved in any of their movements, please consult this tool when faced with any challenges. 

It's important to note that fulfilling the checklists is part of our Service Level Agreement (SLA) with Onto, as well as with all Engineius customers. Therefore, we reserve the right and will apply penalties to payments if the checklists are not properly followed.
