Balfour Beatty - Derby Site. 

The Derby site is now a secure site; with this comes some rule changes. These changes have been implemented today. 

1. Out of Hours is no longer. 

2. Site entry time for those driving onto the site is between 06:00 - 18:00 (Drop off only)

3. Site entry time for those walking onto the site is between 08:00 - 16:30, Monday - Thursday and 08:00 - 15:30, Friday.

4. Please report to Reception when arriving on site so they can escort you to collect the vehicle. 

PCN Policy/Failure to Pay Tolls

1. First-Time Offence: You will receive a warning the first time you fail to pay a charge.

2. Repeat Offenders: Any subsequent PCNS of the same kind will incur a £25 administrative charge. 

Why are we introducing these changes? 
We have observed too many instances of non-compliance, resulting in a significant amount of resources being spent on dealing with these issues. Non-payment of PCNS can lead to reputation damage with both the public and our customers, and we must prevent this from occurring. 

Appeal Process 
Charges may be refunded if appeals to the authorities are successful. However, it is the supplier's responsibility to handle any appeal, not Engineius. In some circumstances, Engineius may have to pay the fine before an appeal can be made to prevent an escalation of the charge or further legal action.
