Struggles with Rapid Chargers

We have seen a few drivers struggling with Rapid Charges of late, CCS plugs in particular.

Cars like the Jaguar iPace can be charged up at home with a Type 2 plug but they use CCS plugs at a Rapid Charger.

To be clear, you always want to use a Rapid Charger over a Fast Charger, because it's quicker (50Kw+ vs 22Kw).

You just need to pull out the inlet cover, see below for details.

On the subject of charging, can I remind everyone of the need to use Live Pause to validate please.

Hit Pause, as soon as it starts charging and also remember to Resume job once you have unplugged.

Oh, don't forget to submit Charging Time claim too!
