Amazon Vans Security Feature

Hi all,

We have received reports from drivers and customers indicating that all Amazon vans are equipped with an automatic security feature that locks the vehicle as soon as you exit, regardless of whether you have the key with you. Therefore, please ensure you do not leave the vehicle without taking the key. If you do and the vehicle locks with the key inside, you will need to contact operations. They will arrange for breakdown recovery, but you will be responsible for the costs if the key is found inside the vehicle.
