Driver Of The Month: August
Over the last year we have seen many notable winners for our Driver of the Month award. Our winner for August is Jon Muckle, who has only been with us since July, and has greatly impressed our Network Mgmt. team to win the prize by driving thousands of miles per week with Engineius.

We spoke with Jon to find out the keys to his success.
What do you love most about the job?
The freedom it gives me to work when I need to!
How do you ensure you deliver vehicles on time?
Plan, plan, and plan again! Also - don’t be afraid to ask for help from Operations.
What has been your best experience with Engineius so far?
I love getting to see parts of the country I haven’t seen before!
How many miles do you do on average a week?
I haven’t been with Engineius very long, but I would guess around 1200 to 1500 miles a week.
What do you think are the secrets behind getting to where you’ve got to?
Not being ashamed to ask for help when needed and being very meticulous with my planning.
What drives you to succeed in this job?
Seeing happy customers of course! Maximising my earnings potential is also a huge motivator.
Do you reconcile your jobs and expenses on a regular basis?
Daily - this is a very important part of the job!
What are you most excited for this year?
Getting to drive new models of vehicles and seeing more of the UK.
What makes Engineius a special place to work?
The unique way that you make your own schedule and the freedom to work to your own plan.
What is the best advice you can give other drivers?
As discussed before: plan ahead and always have a plan B ready. Cost everything and make sure you keep all of your receipts!
