Don leads a team of Network Handlers who are responsible for ensuring that drivers are highly satisfied on a daily basis and assist where needed during their first few moves.

What do you do for Engineius?

I am the Network Handler Manager so I head a team of Network Handlers who are the point of contact of our self-employed drivers.

We do a variety of tasks, so our role is very varied - no two days are the same!

My latest focus has been implementing changes to how the division operates daily, it’s all very exciting!

What motivates you to do well in your role?

Seeing positive results & the great work culture we’re lucky to have at Engineius.

What playlist do you listen to in the car the most?

I do love listening to the High Performance podcast by Jake Humphrey and Prof Damian Hughes, it’s an inspiring listen when commuting to the station every morning.

What do you like most about working for Engineius?

The people within the business without a doubt, I’ve met some incredibly talented & hard-working people who have a real passion for delivering results.

There’s a massive people focus at Engineius and that certainly makes a difference. I’ve made friends for life during my years here.

What’s your favourite way to unwind after a busy day?

I do love a good bingo session, so if anyone wants to join me, you’re more than welcome! 🤩

What’s the most interesting thing you’ve read or seen this week?

Japan apparently has over 200 flavours of KitKats??! Amazing.

Describe one thing you've learnt in your role?

You can’t do everything at once, so write things down and prioritise accordingly 📝

What’s the most useless talent you have?

I can remember every single car registration that I have owned. Is that even a talent?
