Max started at Engineius 6 months ago and has already impressed his team and colleagues! Stepping up to support deployment and helping to find solutions to the issues that arise within the day-to-day Operation.

What do you do for Engineius?

I’m a Movement Expert and I work in the Operations team. I support drivers that face any issues during live movements and deploy any outstanding moves to drivers to ensure they are delivered on time.

What motivates you to do well in your role?

Knowing that I’m contributing to the company’s success and hitting KPIs is fulfilling. It’s not just about meeting targets; it’s about being part of a motivating team. The sense of accomplishment and the positive impact I can make keeps me motivated and passionate about my work.

What playlist do you listen to in the car the most?

Bit of everything, recently I've been listening to House music.

What do you like most about working for Engineius?

Engaging with drivers and providing support. Every interaction with our drivers provides a unique insight into their experiences and challenges. Additionally, being part of a supportive and collaborative team that values each member's input makes every day fulfilling and inspiring.

What’s your favourite way to unwind after a busy day?

Either the gym or the pub - both places provide the perfect balance to recharge.

What’s the most interesting thing you’ve read or seen this week?

Ancient Egyptians invented spice.

Describe one thing you've learnt in your role?

That Peterborough has a great opportunity to increase their public transport infrastructure.

What’s the most useless talent you have?

I do Thai Boxing.
