Cancellation of Safe Handover Practice

Following on from our previous communication regarding COVID-19 policy changes, we would also like to inform you that we are removing the imposed COVID-19 safe handover processes.

As a result, we will be expecting all customers to sign Proof of Collection and Proof of Delivery reports and you will no longer be requested to sanitise vehicles after use.

Please note that some of our customer might insist that we continue using COVID-19 safe practices for some of their movements if their end customers are vulnerable. In these cases, we will make it clear in the job instructions that a COVID-19 safe handover is required.
