Learning and training
Here at Engineius we are aiming to revolutionise the way the vehicle movement industry operates. That is why we ask our drivers to undergo thorough training before joining. In this section, you can revisit the Driver Academy, where you will be able to take additional courses to unlock further jobs and discover how to use our portal.
Driver Academy
You have already completed our compulsory Becoming An Engineius Driver training course to join our network. However, there are loads more courses, from driving electric vehicles to retail handovers, that will unlock further job opportunities to maximise your income.

This pack contains essential information to get you set up on our portal, manage your availability, and search and book jobs.
It also outlines what career progression opportunities are there for our drivers.

Engineius Plus - Onsi
At Engineius, we believe that our drivers should be better protected, while also being provided with appropriate incentives and rewards, from free cinema tickets, access to a digital GP and legal helpline, to compassionate leave and protection against sickness and injury.

Each month we pick out our best driver who has not only provided an outstanding service for our customers, but has also been a genuine pleasure to work with. As a token of our gratitude, we prize all our winners with a brand new high-vis Engineius jacket! So, could you be our next Driver of the Month?
Grab Incentive
Boost your earnings with our Grab incentive! You could earn up to an extra £50 per week, and that's just the start. We also run Enhanced Grab incentives during peak periods, where you can pocket an additional £25 to £35 on top of your £50!
So, what’s Grab? It’s simple, just grab a movement from our mobile app or portal and complete it within the specified time frame. The more you grab, the more you earn! 🤑
