Hertz Collections - Customer imposed restrictions

Please be advised that all Hertz branches are currently operating under reduced hours.

When collecting a vehicle from any Hertz branches, please be mindful their current operational hours are 9am to 4pm.

Even venues like Heathrow, where previously they would entertain evening collections, have fallen in line with these restrictions. 

You will still need to contact the branch an hour before arrival.

Hertz have been forced to impose these hours, due to lack of new car availability.

As a result, we do not expect these restrictions to be lifted any time soon.

Most Hertz jobs come with multi-day windows.

However, this does not mean you can collect outside of 9am to 4pm. We will not Abort a job in the event you attempt to collect out of hours or did not call an hour ahead of collection.
