New Phone Numbers For Quicker Response With On-The-Job Issues

With immediate effect, please use the button in the app to call Engineius, when you are faced with an issue relating to a job which you are carrying out.

When you drill into each job, you will notice a "Call Service Delivery Team" button. Using this function, will directly connect you to the team who looks after the customer of the job in question.

As part of our aim to improve our service and help the business scale, we have split the Service Delivery Department into teams.  Each team will be responsible for their own set of customers.  This new arrangement will enable each team to be specialists for their specific customers rather than generalist for all customers.

Please refrain from calling the old switchboard number, as it will cause delays connecting you to the best person to assist you and will be phased out in time. 

For non-operational matters, you should contact your Network Handler.
