New Portal and Mobile Feature - Handbacks

Hi all,

We have introduced a new feature that allows you to hand back jobs within 10 minutes after grabbing them, without being penalised. Previously, if you accidentally grabbed a job, or took one thinking you could find a link up and then realised you couldn’t, you had to call our operations department or email them. This process ate into your planning time. However, with this new feature, you can now handle it yourself. 

Key Points 🖊️

  1. Available on both the Portal and Mobile App.

  2. 10-minute grace period

  3. The button is labelled “Remove job”

Quick Guide 📄

  1. Select the job you want to remove

  2. Locate the “remove job” button

  3. Click the button within the 10-minute window

  4. Done ✅

What happens if I want to remove a job after 10-minute grace period has elapsed?

Handing back a movement during office hours: Call the operations room and an agent will assist you in removing the job from your plan.

Handing back a movement after office hours: send an email to Operations and call first thing the next morning to have the movement removed from your plan.
