Phone System Update

We're thrilled to let you know that we're launching a new and improved phone system designed to enhance our responsiveness, streamline call categorisation, and simplify option menus. This upgrade will primarily benefit our staff, enabling them to manage incoming calls more effectively and ensuring you reach the right department without delay.

If you experience any difficulties getting through, please don't hesitate to email us at operations@engineius.co.uk or send a message directly through the job you're on.

Here's what you need to know

  1. No Change to Numbers: Your current contact numbers remain the same, so there's no need to update our details.

  2. New Call Options: When you call, you’ll now be presented with three options based on the department you're trying to reach. For instance, you might hear "Driver" or "Customer," and depending on your selection, you'll either be connected directly or guided to a specific category like "Live Issue."

If you have any other numbers saved in your phone that aren't listed, please delete them. They will no longer be in use.
