Please Do Not Work on Vehicles 

Hi all,

We appreciate the dedication shown when you, our drivers, take the initiative to fix customers' vehicles during pick-up. It demonstrates true commitment to both our company and our customers. However, we must insist that you refrain from doing so. If you encounter a broken-down vehicle, please call operations so we can coordinate with the customer. It is the responsibility of the site staff to address these issues, and we need to be informed if they refuse or attempt to delegate this task to you. Not only could you be held liable if something goes wrong, but it also poses a risk to your safety.
