Reporting App Issues
Can I request that anyone experiencing App issues of any description, report it via an email to network@engineius.co.uk
Please provide the following:
Make and model of your smartphone
Version of the app you are using (located at the bottom of the account page in the format 1.X.XX)
A brief description of the problem encountered. Any screenshots are also very helpful
I understand that this is laborious, but it allows us to truly capture the extent of App problems across the entire network.
This also means that we have an audit log, which we can then methodically work through and ensure your problem is addressed.
Coming soon, will be two new features:
reporting App problems via the App itself
a button that should kick start any App experiencing offline/sync issues
Please accept our sincerest apologies if you had experienced App issues, which required photos to be emailed in.
If you are now on App version V1.6.12, this problem should no longer be impacting you.
If you're on an older version, please uninstall App first before downloading latest version.
