Reporting Issues with the Engineius App

Whilst we have tried to make the Engineius app as robust and reliable as possible, like most technology, there will be times when things don’t always work perfectly!

In order to help with specific problems and record any general issues with the app - we have created a simple app issue reporting form.

It can be accessed at the top of the Engineius Driver Bulletin Board.

Clicking on the button will open the following form for you to enter any issues.

Please provide as much detail as possible as this will help us investigate the issue more efficiently. If you are unable to use the app at all, please call into the Operations Team (operations@engineius.co.uk/0121 481 2111) as this will need immediate attention.
