We value your feedback!

In the past, we know that we haven't always acted promptly on the feedback you've provided after completing a job, and for that, we take full responsibility. We understand the effort you put into sharing your thoughts, and we recognise the value of your suggestions and rightly so, your submissions have dropped off a bit - and that is because of us.

 However, we are committed to making a change. We have implemented a new system where we thoroughly review every submission received after a job, and based on the ratings provided, we will reach out to gather additional information. This will enable us to address any issues and enhance our services, whether it involves refining internal processes, enhancing customer communication, or exploring new ideas in our technology. By doing so, we aim to identify trends and patterns, allowing us to resolve any potential problems before they escalate. Your feedback is invaluable in this process, as it helps us enhance your overall experience.

To demonstrate our commitment, we will randomly select 25 submissions each month to receive a £5 Costa Voucher as a token of our appreciation.
