Suppliers and Self-Billing

We operate a self-billing service for the vast majority of our suppliers.

However,

• Self-bill agreements must be renewed annually (to ensure we capture any changes in the supplier’s VAT status)

• In the lead up to the anniversary of your self-bill agreement the driver will receive three reminders. The reminder will contain the details on how to review the self – billing agreement.

• If the self-bill agreement is not renewed, we will not raise a self-bill on the supplier’s behalf.

• This means automatic weekly payments will stop
