Stakeholder Feedback
Engineius began trading in April 2018. Since then, we’ve grown to be one of the largest distributed driver networks across the UK, as well as creating a significant transporter platform. We’ve proven our model works for new vehicle deliveries to auction disposals, from dealership to rental companies, and everything in between.
However, we are always hungry to improve; we realise that not every single movement has been completed without noise, and that there is a whole world of possibilities for what we can do on our mission to “make vehicle movement easy”.
As a result, we are embarking on two initiatives to increase the feedback we get from our key users: end-user feedback texts, and in-depth customer interviews.

End-User Feedback Texts
We appreciate that when you place your trust in Engineius to collect or deliver a vehicle on your behalf, our drivers and agents are not only representing Engineius and your company but also your customer and sometimes even their customer too.
The long chain of command means it is key to give the person on the ground the chance to express their view on the experience they received. We will shortly have the capability to send automated texts to end-users to allow them to do just this.

In-Depth Customer Interviews
We’re working in partnership with an independent consultant - an expert in feedback programmes whose job it will be to help us better understand how you feel about working with us.
There is no checklist of questions for the discussion; we have our key lines of enquiry prepared, but the discussion will be yours to lead.
